REAR LANDS: The “rear lands” portion of the property contains +/- 447 acres of vacant land zoned I-3 (Industrial District 3) and is located between the CNRR and KCSRR corridors. This portion of the property can be accessed via the “uplands” tract or via Dupont Road which connects to Airline Hwy.
